Delivery time is between 3-5 working days (outside Lahore). However delivery can take up to 7-10 working days during the busy shopping season or our mega sales events. Replacement requests are accepted within 12 days of receipt for items that are damaged, defective, or below quality standards. Refunds cover product costs only, excluding shipping unless the defect is on our part. Customized items and used or customer-damaged products are not eligible for returns. How to Use Scented Candles?

To use scented candles, place them in a well-ventilated area where their aroma can disperse freely, but away from drafts to ensure even burning. Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each use to prevent soot and ensure a steady, clean burn. Light the candle and let it burn long enough for the wax to melt evenly across the surface, preventing tunneling and allowing the full scent to release. Extinguish the candle by gently blowing it out or using a snuffer, and allow it to cool before relighting. Always follow safety guidelines, keeping candles away from flammable materials and out of reach of children and pets.
