During the first burn, allow the candle to melt across the entire surface. This prevents tunnelling and maximises the fragrance release.
Use a snuffer or dip the wick into the wax to avoid splattering wax and smoke when extinguishing the candle.

Delivery time is between 3-5 working days (outside Lahore). However delivery can take up to 7-10 working days during the busy shopping season or our mega sales events. Naasify’s Refund and Return Policy allows order cancellations before shipping. Damaged items can be returned within 12 days if unused, with refunds processed in 30-35 days after inspection. Replacement requests are accepted within 12 days of receipt for items that are damaged, defective, or below quality standards. Refunds cover product costs only, excluding shipping unless the defect is on our part. Customized items and used or customer-damaged products are not eligible for returns. To use scented candles, place them in a well-ventilated area where their aroma can disperse freely, but away from drafts to ensure even burning. Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each use to prevent soot and ensure a steady, clean burn. Light the candle and let it burn long enough for the wax to melt evenly across the surface, preventing tunneling and allowing the full scent to release. Extinguish the candle by gently blowing it out or using a snuffer, and allow it to cool before relighting. Always follow safety guidelines, keeping candles away from flammable materials and out of reach of children and pets.
