Delivery time is between 3-5 working days (outside Lahore). However delivery can take up to 7-10 working days during the busy shopping season or our mega sales events. We will deliver to the home or office address indicated by you when you place an order. We cannot deliver to PO boxes. All deliveries must be signed upon receipt. We will try at least twice to deliver your order to the address indicated by you.
12 Days Easy Returns
Naasify’s Refund and Return Policy allows order cancellations before shipping. Damaged items can be returned within 12 days if unused, with refunds processed in 30-35 days after inspection. Replacement requests are accepted within 12 days of receipt for items that are damaged, defective, or below quality standards. Refunds cover product costs only, excluding shipping unless the defect is on our part. Customized items and used or customer-damaged products are not eligible for returns.
